Drum roll please for my six all NEW downloadable sound bath meditations launched yesterday! A variety of guided sound bath meditations for you to enjoy in your own time, wherever you may be.

2020 has been quite a year… Lockdown gave me the opportunity to embrace technology and share my previously private sound baths with a global audience. Saturday night sound baths gave way to weekday #LunchBreakSoundscape sessions and so many of you, from around the world, have been tuning into these Instagram lives and sending me the most wonderful messages following your meditations. By popular request, I’m proud to launch these six digital sessions recorded from my home embracing the same atmosphere and environment as the IG lives were created but this time working with one of the best sound artists in the country to capture the magic of the crystal alchemy singing bowls and create a fully immersive experience.

These 6 guided meditation sessions have been designed to cover all bases — from the moment you wake up and design your day, to supporting your energy while you work, to helping you unwind in the evening and get your zzz’s:

SLEEP is a 30-minute lullaby to help you drop your day and drift off

RELAX offers you a 20-minute break to take a beat and get your breath back

ENERGISE is a 15-minute session designed to give you a boost at any time

INTENTION is a daily 5-minute guided practice to set the tone and your intentions for the day ahead

FOCUS is 25 minutes of sound to help bring focus to your work and to-do list

STRESS RELIEF is 10 minutes to relieve any built-up stress or anxiety 

Enjoy these stereo sound baths via speakers or headphones, lie back if you like and enjoy the support of the floor or sit comfortably with a straight spine using a cushion, bolster or wall for support. Close your eyes if that’s comfortable, and wear an eye mask if you have a tendency to get distracted! If you’re using the FOCUS sound bath then play it as your background track while you get on with the task at hand.
