Oh the weather outside is frightful… But what that does mean is that we get to cosy up in our blankets and slippers with loved ones, and connect with one another around a lovely warming home-cooked dish. What better way to warm up and nurture your digestion than with a good ol’ bowl of soup? Sounds romantic, even fairytale-like in the daily rush of life, but honestly nothing’s easier than a one-pot dish to feed a crowd.
