If there was ever a brilliant excuse to do something a little special in lockdown, it has to be Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re baking for your sweetheart at home or want to deliver a lovely treat to your nearest and dearest, I’ve rounded up some ideas to brighten up your weekend. 2020 has been quite a year… Lockdown gave me the opportunity to embrace technology and share my previously private sound baths with a global audience. Saturday night sound baths gave way to weekday #LunchBreakSoundscape sessions and so many of you, from around the world, have been tuning into these Instagram lives and sending me the most wonderful messages following your meditations. By popular request, I’m proud to launch these six digital sessions recorded from my home embracing the same atmosphere and environment as the IG lives were created but this time working with one of the best sound artists in the country to capture the magic of the crystal alchemy singing bowls and create a fully immersive experience.

These 6 guided meditation sessions have been designed to cover all bases — from the moment you wake up and design your day, to supporting your energy while you work, to helping you unwind in the evening and get your zzz’s:

FOCUS is 25 minutes of sound to help bring focus to your work and to-do list

STRESS RELIEF is 10 minutes to relieve any built-up stress or anxiety 

Enjoy these stereo sound baths via speakers or headphones, lie back if you like and enjoy the support of the floor or sit comfortably with a straight spine using a cushion, bolster or wall for support. Close your eyes if that’s comfortable, and wear an eye mask if you have a tendency to get distracted! If you’re using the FOCUS sound bath then play it as your background track while you get on with the task at hand.
