Hello, Melissa here! Please say hello to my new cookbook… FEEL GOOD :  100 quick and easy recipes to bring a bit of comfort and joy into our kitchens and beyond. Coming 2nd June 2022! I’ve been so excited to share this with you, I’ve been squirreling away on it for the last 2 years and here it is. FEEL GOOD FOOD  is how I’ve long described how I like to cook end eat at home. More and more of us are cooking with both our mental and physical health in mind. So these are my favourite recipes that help me feel supported. Top 10 Self Help for a Better 2019 (Self Improvement)

Self - improvement is very important.  I'ts never to late to change there are many ways that you can change what we do in our daily lives. I'm gonna share some ways that you could improve on yourself if you're willing to make that change.

1. Loving Yourself

Loving yourself is the first most important key to find happiness. With loving yourself , accept yourself as you are. See yourself as the person you are, because nobody is gonna love you more than yourself. Accept your flaws no body's perfect. Believe you can do anything, nothing is impossible. You might just surprise yourself.

2. Exercise

If you wake up early everyday and have a set routine. Enjoy a cup of water after you wake up to get a little motivation. Take at least ten minutes out of your morning  to exercise. Exercising will help you get motivated and to be more healthier. Take the time to go to the gym maybe three to four times a week. or take a Zumba class, or simply do workouts at home. Personally Zumba is my favorite. It helped relieve stress, it has gave me more motivation to push harder for myself. It's not for everyone , everyone prefers to do what they are comfortable with.

3. Learn a new skill

 When you have spare time during the day consider learning a new hobby that will keep you occupied. Photography,singing, drawing, crafts, cooking, fitness, enjoying nature,reading, blogging, and much more to try. Finding something you love to do helps you relax. I like to learn something me myself have many hobbies that keep me occupied and to keep my mind at ease. Photography is one of my favorite hobbies. I am a creative person I have the eye for the camera. I share precious moments of my children.

4.Meditate

 Meditation is a great stress reliever. Taking the time to sit in a quite place to free your mind. Relaxing music always help it helps you keep focused. Its always good to meditate before bed because you will feel so relaxed it will make you fall asleep. When you wake up the next day you will feel good vibes flowing through you, and you will feel great.

5.Push through your comfort zone

We all have that fear that stops us from moving forward. Some things maybe a little risky, and we have that fear. It stops us from achieving what could of been. Taking that step to move out of your comfort zone. When you have past your comfort zone that's when the real magic happens, and you will be much happier that you did instead of worrying about all the fear. So be the risk taker who knows what may happen.

6. Accept the past

We all have demons that we have dealt with during difficult times. All we have to do is accept the past and live in the present and focus what the future will bring. Don't let the past bring you down. When you fall rise up and keep moving forward. Accepting who you are as a person, learning from your mistakes only makes you a better person.

7. Surround yourself with positive people

Being around people who have a positive impact on your life. You will create a positive environment. Happy people will lift your spirits, and you will achieve greater things. Being with supportive friends that truly understand you, even through the tough days they will stick by you no matter what. Laughter is the best medicine. There is less complaining on the negative when you simply just laugh.

8. Showing kindness to others

It doesn't take much to show someone an act of kindness, Even to people who don't like you, always reach out to them and show them kindness. We need more kindness in people instead of so much hatred. Showing that you care can always make some one smile and make their whole day. So if you see someone show them an act of kindness it will make a difference. You will feel good about it too!

9.Accept change

Accepting change may not be easy, but it's worth a try. You never know what the future may hold if you let go of what was and live right here and now. You will be much more happier. Not everything goes as planned,but have to be willing to let go. Don't hold yourself back from all the possibilities. Have faith to keep pushing forward.

10.Be Thankful

There's so much to be thankful for like your children, a roof over your head, the friends you have encountered in your life, a job that pays your bills, music that speaks to you, and many others. Being thankful for what you have will bring you happiness, and less complaining. So many have so little, but they are thankful for what they do get. Show gratitude because you could lose so much.

Always find ways to improve something in your life. Be willing to make that change, but remember always love yourself first that is the key to happiness. When you find your happiness the possibilities are endless. It's never to late to make a change in your life. Find your happiness!
